	Jul 27, 2010 Goody's Building in Riverchase sells for $1,990,000 By: Julie Baggett Coldwell Banker Commercial Eyster Properties, Inc. closes sale of former Goody’s building located in the Riverchase Promenade at the intersection of Hwy. 31 and I-459. Wes Cline and Julie Baggett represented the purchaser, Galleria Partners, LLC (a subsidiary of Shannon Waltchack Investment Real Estate). Purchaser intends to renovate the building for a large retail tenant with additional space to be leased to general retail users. Seller was represented by CB Richard Ellis of Tennessee. The building is 51,000 square feet and sold for $1,990,000.
